My Role:
- Lead launch producer managing internal Google stakeholder expectations, communications, reviews and feedback incorporation from brief through launch
- Main point of contact for internal creative, GTM, UX, PMM, embedded design agency, offsite development partner, QA and cross functional teams
- Built and owned all top-level project scheduling, SST production documents, file organization and bug tracking repositories
- Improved operations for internal staging review to accelerate, consolidate and resolve conflicting feedback
The Result:
- Successful global launch (Q2/3 2019)
- Internal recognition for quality operations under tight timing and successfully navigating ambiguity and uncertainty
