My Role:
- Lead launch producer managing internal Google stakeholder expectations, communications, reviews and feedback incorporation from brief through launch.
- Main point of contact for internal creative, GTM, UX, PMM, embedded design agency, offsite development partner, QA and cross functional teams.
- Built and owned all top-level project scheduling, SST production documents, file organization and bug tracking repositories.
- Implemented improved early prototyping and QA processes.
